Caylie Simmons made history as she was crowned MISS WEST VIRGINIA USA on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Caylie won the right to represent West Virginia in the 73rd MISS USA Pageant, which aired on The CW on August 04, 2024, from the Peacock Theater, in Los Angeles, California.

Olivia Travis made history as she was crowned the 43rd MISS WEST VIRGINIA TEEN USA on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, West Virginia. She went on to represent West Virginia at the MISS TEEN USA Pageant, broadcast nationally on The CW Network on August 1, 2024, live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California, where she placed in the Top Five.
