From the boardroom to the pageant stage, Sydney Shrewsbury is a woman driven by ambition, consistency, and purpose. Crowned Miss Indiana USA 2025 on April 5 in Noblesville, Sydney captured the Delegate’s Choice Award and the Style Icon Award on her way to the title.

A proud resident of Indianapolis, Sydney is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, and Applied Data Analytics. A former pre-professional ballet dancer with 18 years of training, she performed with companies including Orlando Ballet, Nashville Ballet, and Joffrey Ballet. Today, she works as a Business Development Representative at Salesforce, helping retailers in the commercial and mid-market space increase revenue and achieve digital transformation.

Sydney’s professional accomplishments include being named MVP of the Month, ranking as the #2 Sales Rep in America for Q4, and receiving the Customer First Award. She is passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment, noting that 40% of college graduates enter the workforce underemployed. Through mentorship and her involvement with Junior Achievement, she helps students develop the personal and professional skills needed to secure positions that match their qualifications.

With an ultimate goal of launching her own women’s workwear clothing brand, Sydney blends her business expertise with a love for fashion. She also enjoys modeling and has walked in 16 runway shows for designers such as Jovani, building connections within the pageant and formalwear industry.

When she’s not in the office or on the runway, Sydney enjoys walking her rescue dog through downtown Indianapolis, thrifting, visiting farmers markets, and traveling—especially to Florida, where three of her closest friends (and fellow pageant moms) live. She draws inspiration from the Mel Robbins Podcast and believes in showing up consistently, engaging fully, and adapting with grace to life’s challenges.

Sydney will represent the Hoosier State at the MISS USA® competition, serving as an ambassador, role model, and advocate for professional empowerment throughout her year of service.Description text goes here
