MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® are nationally recognized pageant platforms that celebrate confidence, leadership, and individual achievement. Each year, state winners from across the country advance to compete at the national level, representing their states with professionalism, purpose, and presence. The winner of MISS USA represents the United States of America at the MISS UNIVERSE Pageant.
The organizations provide a stage for young women to develop communication skills, expand visibility, and grow through structured competition and preparation.

• Miss Indiana USA® & Miss Indiana Teen USA®
• Miss West Virginia USA® & Miss West Virginia Teen USA®
Each year, one Miss and one Teen titleholder from Indiana and West Virginia are crowned to advance to the MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® national competitions.
