Fan Favorite & Choice of the People Voting Rules

The voting period for the 2025 Miss West Virginia USA® and Miss West Virginia Teen USA® Pageants closes Sunday, July 27 at 9 AM ET.

Votes are cast online through the official pageant website. Each vote costs $2.00, with no limit on how many votes each person can cast. A valid email address is required. A limited-time offer may allow votes at $1.00 each—this will be announced in advance via official pageant channels.

A portion of proceeds from voting supports The E2P Foundation, which provides educational scholarships and experiences for Teen state winners in pageants produced by Empower2 Productions.

To ensure fairness, only votes from valid email addresses will count. Any fraudulent activity (including bots or vote-buying incentives) may result in disqualification. Empower2 Productions reserves the right to verify, adjust, or suspend voting results as needed.

Teens will take the stage in activewear and gowns, while Miss contestants compete in swimsuit and gowns.
