Fan Favorite & Choice of the People Voting Rules
The voting period for the 2025 Miss West Virginia USA® and Miss West Virginia Teen USA® Pageants closes Sunday, July 27 at 9 AM ET.
Votes are cast online through the official pageant website. A valid email address is required, and there is no limit on the number of votes a person may cast.
Voting Cost Structure:
Standard Rate: $2.00 per vote
Special Offers: Limited-time promotional pricing (such as $1 votes) may be offered and will be announced in advance via official pageant channels.
Power Vote Days: In the final days of voting, the price per vote will increase:
Thursday, July 24: $3 per vote
Friday, July 25: $4 per vote
Saturday–Sunday, July 26–27: $5 per vote
A portion of proceeds from voting supports The E2P Foundation, which provides educational scholarships and experiences for Teen state winners in pageants produced by Empower2 Productions.
To ensure fairness, only votes from valid email addresses will count. Any fraudulent activity—including use of bots, vote-buying incentives, or manipulation—may result in disqualification. Empower2 Productions reserves the right to verify, adjust, or suspend voting results as needed.
