Olivia Travis is an accomplished young leader, scholar, and community advocate from Martinsburg, West Virginia. She reigned as Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2024, representing her state with poise, passion, and purpose — and brought national recognition to West Virginia by placing 4th Runner-Up at the Miss Teen USA 2024 competition held in Los Angeles, California. 

🎉 Pageant Achievements

• Crowned Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2024 on June 1, 2024, at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, WV. 

• Fourth Runner-Up, Miss Teen USA 2024 — one of the Top 5 finalists among state titleholders from across the United States, a milestone placement for West Virginia in the national pageant. 

• Her placement marked one of only a few Top-Five finishes in West Virginia’s history at Miss Teen USA.

Olivia has balanced her pageant journey with outstanding academic dedication. She has been recognized for her scholastic achievement and leadership — using her platform to inspire younger generations and elevate causes she believes in.

On July 27, 2025, Olivia returned to the Virginia Thomas Law Center in Buckhannon to crown Baylee Jarrett as Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2025, officially concluding her impactful and memorable year as state titleholder.
