2025 PRINCESS AMERICA FAN FAVORITE VOTING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PARTICIPATING IN FAN FAVORITE VOTING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Empower2 Productions, LLC (E2P) is proudly assisting in the administration of this Fan Favorite competition as a courtesy to the Princess America Pageant. Empower2 Productions has no official affiliation with the Princess America organization and receives no proceeds from this contest. 100% of all profits and proceeds from voting go directly to the Princess America Pageant.

I. VOTING
Each vote costs $5.00, and there is no limit to the number of votes an individual may cast. To vote, follow the instructions, on the voting page, to cast your vote. Voting will close at 12 PM ET, Thursday, July 10, 2025.

The delegate receiving the most votes will be announced as the Fan Favorite at the Princess America Pageant. Winning this contest guarantees advancement in the competition.

No automated or programmed voting is permitted. Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the voting process will result in disqualification and removal of votes.

Empower2 Productions reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate voting at any time, in its sole discretion. All voting decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

II. LIABILITY
Empower2 Productions, LLC and the Princess America Pageant (the “Indemnitees”) are not responsible for technical malfunctions, computer or mobile device issues, or network disruptions that may interfere with the voting process.

Use of the voting site is at the voter’s own risk. Neither Empower2 Productions nor Princess America Pageant will be held liable for any damages resulting from use of the site or inability to vote.

III. INDEMNIFICATION
By casting a vote, the voter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Empower2 Productions, LLC and Princess America Pageant from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Fan Favorite voting, including any violation of these terms and conditions.
